Our client, a well-established Food Manufacturing company, is currently seeking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor at their plant near St.

This is What the Position Entails :
- Direct maintenance personnel and oversee the upkeep of equipment and supplies for your shift (Will consider a strong Maintenance Lead Mechanic)
- Your shift will be from 4 PM to 2 AM.
- Lead a group of 5 to 7 technicians.
- You will ensure the proper working of all systems in the facility.
- You will supervise a maintenance team to make sure all maintenance activities are completed in a manner that complies with all Company policies and OSHA rules and regulations.
- You will interpret, delegate, and execute the daily preventive maintenance schedule.
What You Bring :
- High School Diploma a must (Degree a plus)
- 10 plus years of Industrial Maintenance experience working at a manufacturing plant (Food Manufacturing a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial / Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance Mechanic
- PLC Troubleshooting experience a must
- Electrical experience a must
- Conveyor experience a must
- Facilities Repair a must
- Boilers a plus
- Ammonia refrigeration a plus
- Union experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
